Last updated: 12 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data AudienceOne collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the choices you have. If you have any questions, email us at info@audienceone.co.

1. Who we are

AudienceOne (“AudienceOne”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a technology and consulting company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We operate the website at audienceone.co and are responsible for the personal data collected through it.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit our contact form, we collect:

  • your full name;
  • your work email address;
  • your company name (optional);
  • your phone or WhatsApp number (optional);
  • the service you are interested in and the content of your message; and
  • your confirmation that you agree to be contacted.

If you email us directly, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include.

Information collected automatically

  • Submission details: the date, time and IP address of each contact form submission, recorded with your enquiry to help prevent spam and abuse.
  • Server logs: our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to operate and secure the website.

3. How we use your information

We use your personal data to:

  • respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about it;
  • prepare information or proposals you have asked for;
  • protect the website against spam, fraud and misuse; and
  • comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not add you to marketing mailing lists without your consent.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable laws. Depending on the situation, we rely on:

  • your consent, which you give when you submit the contact form;
  • the need to take steps at your request before entering into a contract;
  • our legitimate interests in running and securing our website and business; and
  • compliance with our legal obligations.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

  • When you submit the contact form, a temporary, strictly necessary session cookie may be set to prevent repeated submissions. It expires when you close your browser.
  • The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. To deliver them, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address. See Google’s privacy policy for details.

If we introduce analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

6. Sharing and third-party processors

We share personal data only where necessary, with:

  • our website hosting provider, which stores the website and processes form submissions;
  • our email service provider, which delivers and stores enquiry emails;
  • professional advisers (such as lawyers or accountants) where needed; and
  • public authorities where we are required to by law.

These parties may process data only on our instructions or as permitted by law.

7. International transfers

Some of our service providers may store or process data outside the United Arab Emirates. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data receives an appropriate level of protection in line with applicable law.

8. How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any relationship that follows. If your enquiry does not lead to an engagement, we delete it after a reasonable period, unless we must keep it longer for legal reasons.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to enquiry information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and review our measures regularly.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • request access to the personal data we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • ask us to delete your data;
  • restrict or object to certain processing;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out; and
  • receive your data in a portable format, where applicable.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@audienceone.co. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also have the right to complain to the relevant data protection authority in the UAE.

11. Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

12. Links to other websites

Our website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please review their policies separately.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
